You can provide us a compliment, feedback or complaint in three way
s:

  • Complete the Feedback Form and return it by post to Suite 698, Level 2 UL40, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone, VIC 3148

We take complaints seriously and participants who make a complaint can do so without fear of retribution. 
You can seek support from the following organisations.
 

Advocates can help you make a complaint. The National Disability Advocacy Program can help you work with an advocate.
